I've been using OUT! Oxy-Fast for about 3 years after trying a few other WAY more expensive products and I'm hooked. I have a cockapoo who occasionally has accidents at night and this removes ALL the odor and any staining, as well. On a spot that's still wet, I soak up what I can with a towel and spray it well and there's never an odor left. On the ones that have already dried, I spray the spot and it immediately starts foaming and I continue spraying in a circle around that spot until what I've sprayed isn't foaming. Then I know I've got it all. This is the only product I know of that gets rid of OLD odors. EDIT: I came back to make another purchase and found that the price has quadrupled!! I don't know what could possibly justify the current price of $15.99 but you can buy this all day long at Walmart for a little over $4. I normally depend on Amazon so that I don't have to go to Walmart but in this case, I'm on my way to Walmart.

Worth a try!

I use this on anything that smells funny, and it really helps. It has a smell of its own, reminiscent of chlorine but not as unpleasant, and it fades. Just spray it on and let dry. No damage to any fabric or furniture. Give it a try!

For the price, they are awesome

I know that these (I have one on each floor of my house) are for pet stains, but I use these on just "stains" as well! Food, dirt, drinks, etc. I have used them only on area rugs, but the best part is that it works well on all of my area rugs (the shaggy ones, the thin ones, and the plush ones). It works very well on old stains too! For old stains, I spray this A LOT and let it sit for a minute or two. After its been soaked, I use paper towels to scrub away the stain. For fresh stains, I remove all excess fluid with paper towels, spray this on well (I spray A LOT), and wait about 2-5 mins or so before I take more paper towels to "rub off" the stain. Viola, the stains are all gone. No residue at all! You really can't tell that there was a stain there before once it dries. These remove pet stains (including urine and feces) and muddy prints. None of my area rugs colors were altered using this product, but I would test before using anyway. BUY the oxy-fast, they work MUCH better than the regular stain & odor remover.

Best stain remover!

I have tried several different removers over the years and this one is now my go to remover as it is the only one I have used on different carpets, floors with no staining what so ever! It always removes the stain not just from pets but also from spilling drinks on the floor. Great remove for any stain really on the market. With the odor remover works quite well too when dealing with cleaning up pet messes!

My favorite

In my opinion as a ten year dog owner who has tried a lot of products, this is the best. However, it seems to leak when shipped so you might try buying it elsewhere. Wal-Mart and Target have it cheap. I think what really sold me was when I rescued a dog with worms and I thought he was learning quick not to poop in the house, but really he had learned to go to the upstairs bedroom that was currently unused. Yuck. This stuff sprayed onto the leftover runny spots and left alone for a week returned my beige carpet to its original color.
