Tôm lột vỏ, rạch sống lưng, rút bỏ chỉ đen. Bắp chọn bắp mỹ cho hạt bắp giòn ngọt hơn nhé! Tách hạt bắp ra khỏi lõi. Hòa tan 50g bột bắp với nước.
Cho bắp hột vào luộc cùng với nước hầm xương gà. Sau đó cho tôm, bột bắp đã hòa tan vào nồi. Nêm gia vị cho vừa miệng. Dùng muỗng khuấy đều đến khi nước súp sánh lại thì tắt bếp.
Múc súp ra bát, thêm ít dầu mè, tiêu và và ít rau ngò rí lên trên, dùng nóng. Món súp nóng hổi thơm ngon với cách làm đơn giản như thế này hứa hẹn cho bữa sáng mỗi ngày của cả nhà đều ngon miệng.
