Luộc mì ý với nước sôi và một xíu dầu ăn khoảng 4 phút thì vớt ra để nguội! Nhớ đảo đều sau khi vớt ra để mì không dính bết vào nhau. Luộc rau muống với nước sôi, vớt ra để ráo.
Cho một xíu dầu ăn vào chảo, đun nóng thì cho tôm vào xào sơ! Nêm 2 muỗng xốt nêm đậm đặc thịt heo, đảo đều cho tôm ngấm gia vị! Tiếp đến cho rau muống vào xào cùng, đảo đều tay để rau muống chín. Khi rau muống và tôm ngấm gia vị thì cho mì ý vào xào cùng! Nêm nếm cho vừa miệng. Nhắc xuống, để ấm. Cắt đôi quả chanh, vắt lấy nước cốt rồi trộn đều với mì ý xào tôm, rau muống! Đảo đều tay để mì ý, tôm và rau muống ngấm đều nước cốt chanh.
Cho mì ý ra đĩa, trang trí thật đẹp mắt để hấp dẫn bé cưng nhé!
