well its functional, you don't need much equipment to treat a flu, its mostly to keep an eye on people whilst they take medication and making sure it doesn't get worse.

The primary gamechanger is the console. It provides Oxygen and electricity. Severe and critical cases require intubation and ventilation, which work best in this setting. The hospital has ~1.000 beds of which 800 are ICU units as in the picture. The second hospital is supposed to go into service tomorrow.

It's an emergency quarantine facility built in 10 days to handle an epidemic, what do you expect? Cedars Sinai? A Ritz Carlton? The bars have to be there. The Racoon City facility didn't have bars, and look what happened.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Looks safe and clean and provides the medical staff with likely anything needed to take care of the patients. That's a hospital built in a few days to react to the Corona spreading, not a fucking new hospital project to skyrocket the city's prestige points.
